I'm here to capture memories
As my husband will tell you, I collect things. Old letters, cards, ticket stubs, and most of all, photographs. I LOVE to look through old photographs and relive times that have passed. There is something about a good photo that can transport you to another place & time and bring along with it a feeling.
This is what I aim to capture; moments, memories, and feelings.
My first real camera was a gift from my husband who knew how much I loved photos and saw the value in investing in our memories before I did. Though I was new and unskilled with my camera, those precious pictures of our first little baby are so precious to me.
As I grew as both a mother and a photographer, I came to see that my favorite place to take pictures was actually in our home. As much as I love the outdoors, there is something so intimate and special about capturing everyday moments in the home my family has created together. A photograph in our home carries with it not just the memory of that exact moment, but of the hundreds of similar moments that happen every day.
This is what I hope to offer you. Photographs that will not just capture a moment in time, but a time in your life and the feelings that come along with it. I hope to capture the essence of this stage of your life together.
